Where has Dr. Kapp studied and taught?
Daniel L. Kapp was born and raised in Miami. His Bachelor's Degree, in chemistry, is from the University of Virginia. He went on to receive his Medical Degree at the University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Kapp holds a medical license in both Florida and Ohio.
After medical school, he served as a clinical instructor in plastic surgery and general surgery at Ohio State University College of Medicine. An Anastasi Fellow in plastic surgery, Dr. Kapp was also a junior faculty member at Boston University Medical Center. Since that time, he has chaired numerous medical committees and written papers on reconstructive and cosmetic surgery topics.
His work at the Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center
In 2004, Dr. Kapp returned to Florida, where he opened his private practice. He currently lives in Jupiter, Florida with his wife and three kids, and is the past Chief of Surgery at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. Here, he performs many forms of plastic and reconstructive surgeries, focusing on breast reconstruction, breast enhancement, body contouring, facial rejuvenation, and skin cancer reconstruction.
